How do I order a Suit or Shirt?
Book an appointment online. Our process always starts with a consultation to ensure we get the correct measurements and the right styles are chosen – this step can either be in person or virtually. A consultant will help you place your order and ensure it reaches you in accordance with your time requirements.
Once you have my details can I reorder?
Yes, once your details are on our system, all measurement points, style points, and what you have already ordered are maintained to make the re-ordering process as simple as possible.
How do I start designing my suit and shirt?
There are many elements to designing a suit and shirt. A consultant will work with you to make sure all the options match your particular body-type and the desired look you are after.
Is it possible to book one of your models for a runway or photo shoot?
All the models on our website are available to be booked for professional shoots pending availability. Please contact us detailing your requirement through our “Contact Us” page
How long does the process take to measure myself?
The measurement process itself takes only about 10 minutes, however specifying your look and style requirements can take 10 minutes or ten hours, it depends on you, but we will help you all the way
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our garments are handmade, so please allow four to six weeks as a standard delivery time. However given that we are a bespoke service, we are always going to work hard for you to ensure we can work within your desired timeframe
Can I really measure myself accurately?
We have made self-measurement a simple process, and of course we will help to make sure the measurements make sense, to ensure a perfect fit
What if my suit doesn’t fit me to my satisfaction?
As long as you have provided us with the correct measurements, your suit will fit you perfectly. If you feel the item has not been made to the correct measurements, design or fabric, then we will happily do a complete remake
Is it possible to get measured by a tailor?
Yes, print out our measurement form and take it a tailor of your choice. Please make sure the tailor follows our measurement notes, as these may be slightly different to their normal measurement process.
Is there any incentive for organizing a group booking?
Whoever organizes a group booking of four or more people who complete purchases will be gifted two shirts.
Should I get any alterations made once I receive my suit?
Your suit should be a perfect fit, however on the rare occasion it is not, we have local tailors with who we will connect you to solve any problems
How do I pay for my order?
Payments are all online and we accept all major credit cards. All Payments are protected by an SSL encryption to ensure your details remain safe at all times
Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Yes, simply click on our gift certificate form and we will help you deliver a bespoke suit or shirt to your loved one
