Our process while simple from start to finish is well thought out to ensure the made-to-measure experience is an enjoyable one. Our aim is to make it as transparent as possible and off course if you have any questions reach out and we will answer any question you have.

Step 1: Appointment

Book an appointment online for a made-to-measure consultation

Step 2: Get Measured

Get measured by your assigned suit consultant – typically this is a very quick part of the process as we know all the key and varied measurement points we need for each individual body shape to ensure we get a perfect tailored fit

Step 3: Select Fabrics

Pick your fabrics – while most people know what type of fabrics they like we have a lot to select from so this can take a bit of time

Step 4: Bespoke It

Start the detailed personalization process – this is where the fun begins but don’t worry your suit consultant will help you figure out what will look the best on you to achieve the desired look you are after

Step 5: Confirmation

Order confirmation and payment – you are only four to six weeks away from receiving your suit, get excited to SUIT UP

Step 6: Delivery and review

Receive your suit by registered post or in person if arranged – either way a suit consultant will be in touch with to ensure everything fits and your desired look is achieved
